This messaging app was designed for the Department of Energy Security Police Officer unions. It is based off of the Telegram Messenger and complies with end-to-end encryption standards. LE Messenger has an available chat option which leaves no trace of the messages on servers. This option is not part of the cloud and can only be accessed on the device of origin. This app supports self-destructing messages and does not allow forwarding.This app is available to all law enforcement where secure messaging is needed.This app is available to the public.
